At Time For Tea, we understand how important it is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed before 13:00 (Hong Kong time) are dispatched within the same day. Delivery times below are a guide and are subjected to local customs clearing times.


Hong Kong: Within 1-2 business days
Rest of Asia: Within 2-3 business days
International locations: Within 2-4 business days

Time for Tea offers fully tracked delivery and free returns for all products.

All orders within Asia are delivered using SF Express, fully tracked. All international orders are delivered by DHL Express, fully tracked. Enter your country at ‘Checkout’ to verify the exact delivery details.


To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it's important to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. Time for Tea does not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, Time for Tea will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.


Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you with a delivery tracking number, which can be used to track the delivery status online. The tracking number can also be accessed by logging into your timeforteahk.com account. 

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. For any request to change your order, please reach us at info@timeforteahk.com or via our contact form www.timeforteahk.com/get-in-touch and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we are unable to accept order cancellation or exchange requests if the order is already being processed.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you decide not to keep an item after receiving it, you can return your order to our warehouse within 14 days of the original shipping date.

All products must be returned in saleable condition, unused and undamaged in their original packaging with all tags attached where applicable.

Provided these conditions are met, we will refund you in full, excluding shipping and handling charges, and duties and taxes where applicable.

Please note that items on sale or purchased using a special discount code cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to availability. If an item is sold out, we will issue you a full refund. As many of Time for Tea’s products are handmade, there may be variations in the new items you’ll receive.

Procedure
To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at info@timeforteahk.com (be sure to include your order number and note which items you are returning and the reason for the return).
We will then send you a confirmation email if your return is accepted with our warehouse address details.

Please remember to include the following information: your name, address, phone number, the word “refund” or “exchange” and your original order number.

Customers must bear all shipping costs for any returns. Be sure to use a traceable shipping method otherwise your return may not be accepted.  Time for Tea is not responsible for shipping charges imposed by your chosen carrier or packages lost in transit.  Customers are responsible for all packages until they reach our warehouse.

If the item has been accepted by our returns team, we will refund you using the same method of payment used to complete the order. Please note, it takes an average of 7-21 business days to refund to your account.
